You probably know that MegaDrum was developed to be configurable not only with buttons and LCD but also from a PC using MIDI Sysex. Thanks to Raúl Muñoz Benavente, from 2008 MegaDrumers could use MegaDrum Config Tool (MCT) to configure MegaDrum from a PC. Unfortunately, with more new features added to MegaDrum, MCT started to lag behind and it than came to a point that it became incompatible with latest MegaDrum firmware versions. And this is the main reason why I developed MegaDrum Manager - a tool to configure MegaDrum from a PC which is always up to date with latest MegaDrum firmware versions.
MegaDrum Manager is still a work in progress but it supports all latest MegaDrum features (well, except Positional sensing setting for now). And most importantly, whenever I add new features to MegaDrum, I will be releasing a new MegaDrum Manager version which supports them.
