When i try to load firmware, this error message appears:

Hello!
I tried to burn the firmware for PIC18F2550 with Quasar Electronics QEL 3150 programmer.

Some config bits cannot be programmed. Try the chip, it may be already correctly programmed.

I tried opening HEX file in PDFSUSB.exe, and save it again. It worked, programmer loaded HEX with no issues!
