Cubase problem -SOLVED

Postby airflamesred » Tue Feb 04, 2014 12:39 pm

I have my keyboard playing an instument and recording in cubase via usb - all is good.
I trigger the same instrument via MD and notice that every note is doubled. I can hear phasing and there are 2 notes on top of each other.
The midi log says only 1 note on and note off.

So, to check, I run a midi cable from the keyboard thru MD and this then records double notes.

I swap the usb cable, no change.

Any ideas anyone?

Or set the midi input in Cubase to not receive on all midi channels.... just select the port you want to record...
