First of all, you haven't configured any of the pads. "Input" (in the pads section in MDM) is the physical input. Input 1 is normally used for the kick as it is a mono input. In your images, you have changed the pad "name" to hi hat and then ride, but that doesn't mean the parameters shown correspond to those pads - you're still on input 1 and will therefore only affect whatever you have plugged into that input. You should leave "name" as the actual pad you have plugged into the physical input; ie, plug your kick into input 1 and leave "name" as kick. Plug your hi hat cymbal into input 2/3 and leave the name as hi hat, snare in 4/5, etc. When you want to configure a pad, you choose its corresponding input, not pick it out of the "name" menu.

Those midi bars give you information on the midi messages being sent out of the module. The height of the bar indicates the velocity (strength) of the hit (also shown by a number at the middle of the bar), and the number underneath the bars are the note numbers each bar corresponds to. As you obviously haven't configured any parameters you can't expect anything to work properly. You need to look up the documentation here and configure your pads first. Then, find out, via the piano or in the documentation, what note each kitpiece in Drummic'a corresponds to and assign those notes to each corresponding pad in MDM.

You have quite some work ahead of you but a lot of it is basic MIDI-related stuff that you need to understand if you want to successfully set your kit up, not because of some complexity that is specific to Megadrum.
If it ain't broken... fix it until it is.

To the right of those bars is a key to identify the different colours.

Still trying to understand a lot of this stuff..

According to Dimitri's post inputs are:

On the back (from left to right looking from the back) top row:
1. HiHat pedal/controller input
2. Kick
3. HiHat
4. Snare
5. Ride
6. Crash
7. Tom1
8. Tom2
9. Tom3
10. Tom4

On the back (from left to right looking from the back) bottom row:

11. Aux1
12. Aux2
13. Aux3
14. Aux4
15. Aux5
16. Aux6
17. Aux7

Those are the numbers corresponding to each physical stereo jack on the module. In MDM, the inputs are numbered as individual mono inputs, even though they are all (except for the kick) paired. You can choose to use them as stereo (dual or 3-way) inputs or as individual, separate inputs, but physically, they are all paired on stereo jacks. I agree that it can be a bit confusing. So, it would be as follows (on the right the inputs in MDM):

1. HiHat pedal/controller input (not counted as input)
2. Kick (input 1; mono. All the rest are stereo)
3. HiHat (inputs 2/3)
4. Snare (inputs 4/5)
5. Ride (inputs 6/7)
6. Crash (inputs 8/9)
7. Tom1 (etc...)
8. Tom2
9. Tom3
10. Tom4
If it ain't broken... fix it until it is.

So I have 3 crashes, 1 splash and 1 china. Crash 1 is connected to input 6, the other cymbals are they connected to inputs 11-14?

Yes, though you can connect them wherever you want. Aside for the hi hat pedal input, the names are assigned arbitrarily. Just change the name of the input in MDM. You can plug your second crash into jack 7 (inputs 10/11), and then in MDM you just change its name from Tom 1 to Crash 2 or whatever you want by using the custom names function or by using a name from the dropdown list in 'name'.
If it ain't broken... fix it until it is.
