Voltages question

so i am in the process of ordering a new PIC as i think i fried mine by attaching the programming cable incorrectly. before i attempt it again could someone please give a quick rundown of what voltages should be at what pins on the pic? This information is very scattered and I would love to make sure everything is ok before plugging it in. Thanks
