Big VU meter, what do the thick/thin lines mean?

Postby Rovalo » Sun Oct 27, 2019 10:52 pm

Dear all,

I always wondered how the bottom big VU meter (for the pads) works. I see white thin and thick lines, see attachment.

When I see Dmitri's video about the 1.8" LCD, it shows after 1 minute the big VU meter.
https://www.megadrum.info/content/megadrum-18-graphical-colour-lcd.
There I only see one thick line, but maybe it changes after longer time?

Can someone explain it?
