Sorry, I was not using either the tester. Now if I get 5V between 10 and 11 pin's of Atmega.

1. 2.02V
2. -4.67MOhm

If it's 2.02v between ground and pin 20 of pic18f2550, pic18f2550 should not be working at all and you should not be able to see a 'USB Audio Device'. Are you sure you're measuring right?
2. -4.67MOhm

It cannot be negative. Did you power off it before measuring resistance?
Also measure resistance between pin 11 of Atmega and both pins 8 and 19 of pic18f2550.

Sorry. I'm very clumsy! Forget me
previous message, I have the wrong pin.

The values I get are:

-Atmega pin 10 with Atmega pin 11 = 5V
-pic pin 20 with GND = 5V
-pic pin 20 with Atmega pin 10 = 1.7 Ohm
-pic pin 8 with Atmega pin 11 = 00.2 Ohm
-pic pin 19 with Atmega pin 11 = 00.2 Ohm

Thanks for your patience ...

So, you have +5V on both Atmega and PIC18F2550 but you're not able to program Atmega, right?
Then read again viewtopic.php?p=5216#p5216 from this thread and follow my advice.

Problem solved.

Today I have finally assembled a new Atmega Synthex sent to me.

I think the old Atmega that was damaged by working to 20MHz. Neither LPT or USB cable you could update the firmware. When 40% of the carrying firmware is downloaded, it said had completed, but not worked well.

Thanks to Dmitri for the help and patience that has taken in this post.

I hope not to have more problems, because I am a novice in these matters ...

a greeting.
