Judging by your words and questions below I should say that MegaDrum will be a too difficult project for you. You may many hours of your time and end up with frustration.

1st. i wanted to use 4851's so i wont have to use the BATs. i read in this thread that i can still use the analogue pcb (just remove the BATs and replace input protection resistors with jumpers)
Q: what resistors should i replace? Are they R2,R6,R10 and R14?

Search the forum, it's been answered many times.

2nd. I really don't know where to use the IC sockets (are they suppose to be connected to the pins of the IC's?), PINS array 36x1 and cable mounting sockets?

First of all, find out what IC sockets are and what they are used for.

Hi Dmitri

Excuse me it's possible to put 12mhz and 20mhz (instead 16mhz) and a atmega644/1284 (instead atmega32) ?

Thanks

Hi,

is there any significant difference between bat85 and bat85s diodes for MegaDrum? I've used bat85s (price :)) and I wonder if this was a mistake.
