What do you want as explanations ?

It's very easy ! :)

Any opinions of people who have already bought and mounted the kit ? ;)

With this version, there is not any more of bat85 !
74HC4851 (or MAX4558) replace bat85 diodes, 100 ohms resistors and 4051 ICs. :)

ICSP Atmega32 Connector :
1 - MISO (PB6)
2 - MOSI (PB5)
3 - SCK (PB7)
4 - RESET
5 - GND

from "Components List and Pinouts v2.7.txt" ;)

With this "In-Circuit Serial Programming" (ICSP), you can program the Atmega memory.
If the Atmega is already programmed with the Sysex Bootloader (like in this kit), you can upgrade the firmware by MIDI over USB.

You can use Sysex Bootloader to upgrade firmware with a future version.
