in the kit, the picture shows only the one board, is this both the digital and analogue boards in one?

It's all-in-one board so it has both digital and analogue parts.

ok kl. apart from the board layout, is this identicle to the schematics shown in "the latest 32input schematis" section?

It's not identical. ARM based kits are quite different, Atmega1284 based kits use different PIC for USB.

ok, i see.

with regards to the kit, i also notice that the toggle switch is separated from the input part, where as on the input schematic, its inline with J1.

is that another more noticable difference?

Using two separate jacks (and type of jacks/input connectors) or a switch to select high or low impedance pedal switch is left up to whoever builds MegaDrum using one of the kits so neither input jacks nor the switch have ever been included in these kits.
