brilliant, thank you for the link. what does the extended eeprom give me that one without it wouldnt?

not entirely sure what the difference would be.

also can i use things like hall effect sensors or FSR's with this board for the hi hat pedal?

regards

With extended EEPROM you can store more Configs/Drum Maps in MegaDrum.
Many people on the forum built their HiHat controllers using Hall sensors. You can also use FSR provided it gives useable voltage range for the full swing of a pedal.

Depends on the kit you choose. As I said, all the offers in the first post are up to date.

i'm interested in a kit, but i'm just wondering, is it possible to be a bit more specific about what extra bits i need? or is it at least possible to get the kit where the wires aren't soldered to things? like the midi connector wires. for what i'm building i will no doubt have to de-solder it all and add longer wires, so it would be much easier to just get all the sockets, terminals and ports without any wires on them.

is that possible?

and if it's possible to specify components, how much for

the board, the top one with extended memory,

usb port, 2x midi ports, led display (this can be wired up) and the ide 2x20 and ide 2x10 connectors, and the board connectors.

(i suppose it would be easier to say i don't need a power switch, the led and the control mini board)

For the Full or Basic kits you will need to add only input jacks and an enclosure.
If you don't want any of the wires soldered just tell me so and I will leave them unsoldered.

Hi Dmitri,
I would like to purchase a minimal kit (MegaDrum main board with ARM STM32F205RCT6 at 120MHz and 256Kbit extended EEPROM) and the Positional addon board.
I live in California USA.
Thanks
