Added an option to choose between Atmega1284 and Atmega644.
Atmega644 based kits are now 5GBP cheaper than before.

Choking is supported on all inputs configured as a dual piezo/switch pad/cymbal.

I'm looking at buying an Atmega1284 Minimal kit and have a few questions.

What connects to CN1 and CN4?
Are the correct rotary encoders 2bit Grey Code?
