More new features in MegaDrum

It's been a while since I posted in the News. It is not because of a lack of news but because I was busy working on general MegaDrum functionality optimization and on implementing new features, both which have been suggested by MegaDrum users and which I have planed myself. And the list of the features is not short:

  •  Increased the number of inputs which support positional sensing from 1 to 4. Positional sensing is now supported on SnareH, RideH, CrushH and Tom1H.
  • Added support for two additional HiHat pedal position levels with dedicated notes.
  • 'Soft chicks' for the HiHat pedal can be enabled/disabled.
  • Half open HiHat pedal levels are now adjustable.
  • Added support for alternating notes.
  • Added support for 'dampening' on piezo/switch pads/cymbals.
  • Added "pressrolls" detection.
  • To protect MegaDrum from unauthorized commercial use firmware files are now encrypted and can be loaded only with a protected bootloader.
